Tim Leeney - Deanery Synod and PCC Member

Tim's early years were spent in Brighton and Twineham, after which daily chapel attendance at boarding school gave him a firm grounding in Christianity. He studied chemistry at Cambridge, then had research postings in France, Switzerland and Russia before embarking on a career in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry. Following an alpha course at Holy Trinity Brompton, he became and remains a regular churchgoer, with duties in the choir, as a lesson reader and intercessor, and attending the Deanery Synod. He believes that prayerful outreach and pastoral care in the community must be the bedrock on which our ministry can grow.
