Rev Jamie Gater- Vicar
Jamie trained for ministry at St Stephen's House Oxford before moving to Crawley to begin his ministry, most recently serving at St Andrew's in Furnace Green. Prior to ordination, Jamie worked as a primary school teacher. He serves as our vicar, and also has a role working for the Diocese of Chichester as the Children, Youth and Family Strategy Officer. His heart is to see people come to know, love and follow Jesus for themselves

Simon Morris - Church Warden and Director of Music
Simon has lived in Forest Row all his married life, coming full circle, being Director of Music at Holy Trinity during the 1980's and returning to the parish in 2006. He is a Music Teacher, having worked at Lingfield College, formerly Notre Dame School for nearly 40 years. Being keen to raise money for Charity, he is actively involved in the Royal British Legion, being Chairman of the Forest Row branch and is also a committee member of Forest Row R.N.L.I. branch. Simon became Church warden in 2015 and has enjoyed being involved with the whole parish at both Holy Trinity and St. Dunstan's.

June Spoor - Church Warden
June is married with 2 grown up children and has 1 grandson. She has lived in Ashurst Wood for 22 years and has been a churchwarden in the past and been a member of the PCC a couple of times.

Jeremy Kirk - Deputy Church Warden St Dunstan's Ashurst Wood
Jeremy is one of a number of ex-churchwardens who remain very active in the life of St. Dunstan's. He is especially pleased that following the re-ordering of the church in 2010, St. Dunstan's and Holy Trinity have become more united as the congregations now worship together on a regular basis. Since retiring in 2006, the peace and beauty of Ashdown Forest has brought him an even greater appreciation of God's amazing gifts.

Keith Stacey - Deputy Treasurer
Keith was involved in the church in Twineham where he was brought up. He has worshiped regularly at St Dunstan's for around 40 years, having been married at Holy Trinity 10 years earlier. He gradually became more involved in the workings of the church, first volunteering as a server and subsequently joining the team leading intercessions. He has serves on the DCC at St Dunstan's and the PCC. This is his second stint as St Dunstan's Treasurer and he has recently retire as PCC Secretary and remains deputy Treasurer to the PCC. He sees the church as being an essential part of the local community.

Keith Major - PCC Member
Since my teenage years I have been involved with Christ's church in many ways. Youth clubs, PCCs, various councils and committees including Rural Deaneries, Deputy Church Wardenships and six years as a full Warden. I also obtained a Bishops Certificate in theological studies in 1988 and currently run a 'Home Group", which is open to all. My wife Valerie and I have five grandchildren who are fun and keep us busy. I have a stack of hobbies that include:- acting and other forms of theatre work, narrow boating, photography, and interests in railways, indeed moth things mechanical, the country side and our environment. Since retiring from the family business in 2013 after 53 years, I enjoy having more contact with people around the village. I used to be a Governor at our local Primary school for 12 years, including 8 as chairman, and still go in for monthly assemblies with the "Open the Book" team.

Julie Martin - PCC Member
Julie grow up in Hertfordshire, studied languages in Manchester and Bath and subsequently lived abroad for 10 years, before returning to England. She is a free lance translator, married to Andrew and they have three grown-up children between them. Julie enjoys living on the Ashdown Forest and being close to nature. Julie believes that the church is an important part of the community which should welcome and reach out to people of all ages and backgrounds. She particularly values the diverse community of Forest Row where she has lived since 1987 and the opportunities if offers to meet people from all over the world.

Tim Leeney - Deanery Synod and PCC Member
Tim's early years were spent in Brighton and Twineham, after which daily chapel attendance at boarding school gave him a firm grounding in Christianity. He studied chemistry at Cambridge, then had research postings in France, Switzerland and Russia before embarking on a career in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry. Following an alpha course at Holy Trinity Brompton, he became and remains a regular churchgoer, with duties in the choir, as a lesson reader and intercessor, and attending the Deanery Synod. He believes that prayerful outreach and pastoral care in the community must be the bedrock on which our ministry can grow.

Julie Brown - PCC Member
Julie was born and grew up on a farm in Forest Row, going to Sunday School and attending Holy Trinity until going away to University. She worked as a Primary School Teacher until retiring in 2012. She brought up her two children in Ashurst Wood and has attended St Dunstan’s for 41 years. She is a busy Granny to her four grandchildren, volunteers as an Assistant Cook at St Dunstan’s Community Café and helps to run St Dunstan’s Play Café on Friday mornings. She enjoys swimming, Yoga, walking and reading.

Brenda Evans - PCC Member
Brenda has lived in Ashurst Wood for over 40 years. She has two children and grandchildren. This is her second time of serving on the PCC. She also helps out with the Play Cafe and is a member of the church Eco Team.
